Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. Incomplete or incorrect details (such as invalid payment or address) can delay orders by 3–5 business days. All U.S. addresses are verified via United States Postal Service (USPS); international orders may require extra time.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and do not include weekends or holidays. While LipoVive ships primarily through United Parcel Service (UPS), we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, labor strikes, or other unforeseen events. International shipments can take 4–6 weeks, or up to 8–12 weeks if customs delays occur. Additional fees may apply for remote areas.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because of high order volumes, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team. After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer possible. If your order has shipped, you can refuse the delivery or return it for a refund.

Address Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is submitted, LipoVive cannot guarantee corrections once the order is processed. Refunds or reshipments are only issued if the original package is returned.

Delivery Confirmation Issues
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS directly. We cannot issue refunds for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds
To qualify for a refund, return all bottles (full, empty, or bonus) within 60 days of purchase. Include:

  • Order ID
  • Full name, address, email, and phone number
  • Original packing slip (if available)

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed 3–5 business days after returns are received.
